Message dated May 8 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                 
for consideration CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 6(FIN) with the                                            
following amendment:                                                                                
                                                                                                    
          HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                                       
          6(JUD) "An Act relating to required notice of                                             
          eviction to mobile home park dwellers and tenants                                         
          before redevelopment of the park."                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.
